Metallurgical properties such as tensile, hardness, toughness and strength of austenitic grade stainless steel corrosion between dissimilar welding martensitic stainless steel grade X5CrNi18-10 and X20CrMo13 was evaluated. Austenitic stainless steel electrode layer and both were used in order to connect the combinations and in this way
handheld metal arc welding process was used. Free welding defects were filled with welding consumable. It was found that the tensile strength welded together piece by electrode layer (E2209-17) was created, rather than the tensile strength of austenitic electrode (E308L-16) is. E2209-17 deposits toughness and E308L-16 even at low temperature regardless of input heat was acceptable. Stiffness in both welding electrodes made of austenitic E308L-16 and Dvlayە E2209-17 Metal Fusion / X20CrMo13 due to thermal annealing and after high cooling rate increased. Corrosion was found that the strength of the porous metal made of metal fillings E2209-17 and E308L-16 is acceptable. Despite the heated area X20CrMo13 base metal and welded piece was under the influence of electrolytic corrosion. This study has shown that both austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel filler metal to be used
