This paper examines the current status and development of battery chargers, battery power level, and infrastructure for electric vehicles and rechargeable hybrids deals. Power levels that Stj 1 (simple), Level 2 (Elementary) and level 3 (urgent) are discussed. Charge on the road surface can be considered as prospects for the future. Charger with different power levels and settings based on the amount of electricity infrastructure, charging time, location, cost and other factors, and are compared and evaluated
